Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and deliveries.
Organize and store inventory in an orderly and accessible manner.
Monitor stock usage and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely replenishment.
Conduct regular stock counts and prepare inventory reports.
Ensure the proper handling, storage, and labeling of goods to maintain quality standards.
Oversee the receipt and verification of incoming supplies and materials.
Coordinate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies or issues with deliveries.
Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize loss or damage.
Requirements
Educational background in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields is an advantage.
Proven experience as a Store Officer or in a similar inventory management role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other inventory-related software.
Ability to lift and move heavy items when necessary.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
