Store Manager

Salary: 300,000

Main Responsibilities

Directing, coordinating and planning essential central services for the growth of the business.
Ensuring a day – day smooth running of the office business.
Keeping staff safe;
Coordinating and leading one or more teams to cover various areas of responsibility;
Using performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement;
Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences;
Managing general upkeep and maintenance;
Managing company’s sales.
Will be required to develop and implement standard administrative operations.

Requirements

The candidates must possess HND/B.Sc. in any Degree from a reputable institution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills 
4 years’ experience is required.
Computer skills
Excellent customer service skills
