We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven State Manager to lead high-performing sales professionals in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can keep our company competitive and innovative while maximizing the potential of our sector team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong merchant relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by successfully onboarding high-value merchants.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to onboard, manage, and nurture merchant relationships.
Merchant Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-term partnerships with merchants by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Performance Reporting & Forecasting: Present detailed sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with accurate market forecasts, to the line manager.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about emerging opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities to drive market penetration and business expansion.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
Experience in State Manager capacity is a huge plus and experience in a Fintech/Banking industry is key.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and implement effective sales strategies.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
