Full responsibility and definition of the Services strategy for the SSA Region in collaboration with the Service global team and implementation of the strategic plan .
Strong focus on commercial activities and development of customer relationships, in close relation with Region commercial teams, products and ACS.

Essential Responsibilities    

Responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts
Provide both service agreement, time and material program management
Assist in sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals
Assure timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts
Interact with members of the customer service, parts & transaction services, field service, repair service and/or other teams
Function as liaison between internal organizations and customers for assigned contracts
Participates in discussions about the future of the business requiring frequent and thorough interaction with other functions
Analyses & understands SSA customer needs & defines the associated Growth strategy
Presents product/program strategies, technical road maps, risks and recommendations to senior leaders across GE. Important business unit clients
Complex processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally
Ensure full compliance to GE EHS Ethics & rules
Manages the full P&L delivering orders, sales, Capex etc

Qualifications/Requirements    

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 10 additional years of experience in Customer Contract Management
