Job Summary
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish the nature, channel and frequency of contact with landlords.
Maintain positive relations with landlords in line with existing company policies and processes while protecting the company’s financial interest.
Work with relevant functions across the business to develop solutions to common/ recurrent issues in company-landlord relations.
Prepare, retrieve, and/ or distribute relevant documents to stakeholders. Collaborate on management of consents and other project documents.
Visit customers to collect and reconcile documentation as and when necessary.
Process remediation of consents documents related to projects Eagle and Alton from rejection to acceptance and transfer.
Assist in resolution of field-work and red-flag issues.
Maintain up-to-date tracker on landlord letters received and issues resolved.
Maintain up-to-date tracker on landlords’ contact details.
Attend site-decommissioning kick-off meetings to contribute towards seamless decommissioning.
Prepare and serve termination notices on landlords
Resolve access issues on locked sites.
Handle variety of correspondence, including – project-related correspondence; complaint letters from landlords or their lawyers; complaint emails from landlords or their lawyers; complaints from host communities on site-related fuel and/ or other pollution; lease renewals; site lease termination for relocation and consolidation of sites; and Letters of Request for Access to landlords where landlords request such letters before granting access to staff and contractors of the company.
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Manager, Landlord Relations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Law or other related disciplines.
+5 years’ relevant experience in the telecoms, customer service and/ or real estate sectors.
