Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect instructional support to pupils in a positive environment.
Maintain accurate and complete pupil records and prepare reports on children and activities, as required policies, and administrative regulations.
Work with students with diverse special educational needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, learning disabilities (e.g., dyslexia, dyscalculia), emotional and behavioral difficulties, sensory processing disorders, speech and language difficulties, and visual or hearing impairments.
Employ special educational strategies and techniques during instruction to improve the development of sensory- and perceptual-motor skills, language, cognition, and memory.
Collaborate with parents, professionals, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational and emotional development.
Implement systems for identifying, assessing and reviewing Special Educational Needs (SEN) students.
Perform related work as required.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a B.Sc. BS / Ed., BEd. or HND
Must have teaching Experience
Proven experience as a Special Needs Educator
Patience, empathy, and creativity in managing emotional needs.
