The Sourcing and Recruitment Officer will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to meet the workforce needs of the organization. This includes developing effective recruitment strategies, maintaining a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing:
Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Recruitment Process Management:
Draft and post job descriptions based on workforce requirements.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates for further evaluation.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Conduct background checks and verify references.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with the HR team and department heads to forecast staffing needs.
Develop recruitment strategies to attract skilled and qualified professionals, especially in bread production, quality control, and distribution roles.
Employer Branding:
Promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.
Represent the company at career fairs and industry events.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities and candidates.
Provide regular updates and reports to the HR Manager on recruitment progress.
Compliance:
Ensure all recruitment activities align with labor laws and company policies.
Uphold confidentiality and fairness in the recruitment process.
