Solution Implementation Analyst

Multigate seeks a solution implementation analyst who will play a critical role in supporting the successful deployment of solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical and project management skills. They will assist in requirement gathering, business analysis, solution configuration, testing, and ensuring timely delivery of implementation projects. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business analysis and solution implementation while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Duties/Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering, Analysis and Documentation

Assist in gathering internal and external client requirements through meetings, workshops, and questionnaires.
Analysis of the gathered data and/or requirements to determine the best and most efficient solution and implementation approach
Document business and functional requirements with accuracy and clarity.
Support in developing and maintaining the Business Requirement Document (BRD).

Solution Implementation

Assist in configuring solutions based on approved designs and client specifications.
Perform data entry, parameter setups, and system configurations under guidance.
Collaborate with the team to align configurations with client needs and expectations.

Testing and Validation

Conduct initial testing of solutions to ensure alignment with requirements.
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating with clients and addressing minor issues.
Document test results and escalate issues to senior team members for resolution.

Client Support and Validation

Serve as a point of contact for client queries during the implementation phase.
Provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project progress.
Ensure a positive client experience by addressing concerns promptly.

Documentation and Reporting

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Contribute to post-implementation reports and lessons-learned documents.
Assist in preparing training materials and user guides for clients.
Any other projects or tasks assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in business analysis, software implementation, client support, or a related role (internship experience considered).

Required Skill

Basic understanding of business analysis, software systems and implementation processes.
Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Slack, Miro, Google Apps or similar platforms is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
