Scope of workOn a 50MW construction site, Site Manager in charge of the overall follow up of the day-to-day activities on site and contractors supervision. Permanent representative of the Company on site and manage the site supervision team.In liaison to the project construction director who is in charge of the contract, schedule & budget.Permanent representative of the Company on site and manage the site supervision team.Main missions will be to:
Implement the Company policy on site.
Organize weekly coordination meetings and more generally supervise the way the project is completed.
Supervise contractors for Quality, HSE, Documentation and coordination with others.
Implement Quality Control Plan and progress follow up.
Manage a team of 5 people in charge of the good completion of the project.
Issue a weekly report to the Execution Manager with status of Physical Progress, potential Overcost and Contractual issues, HSE.
Qualifications / Background
Strong experience in Construction Management (minimum 10 years).
Experience in Solar Plants (Design and/or Construction) is necessary.
Perfect knowledge of construction and working conditions in Africa.
French mandatory
