Key Respinsibilities
Oversee and manage soft services, including housekeeping, janitorial services, landscaping, and waste management.
Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction across all facilities.
Develop and implement quality control measures for all soft service operations.
Train, motivate, and supervise service teams to maintain a culture of excellence.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.
Monitor budgets and optimize resources for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
B.Sc qualification
Proven experience in hospitality (hotel, resort, or premium service industry).
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Ability to implement best practices in soft services operations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in Facility Management is an added advantage.
