Role Overview:
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for:
Developing and executing an engaging social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Creating and managing high-quality content (graphics, videos, and copy) to showcase our rooms, restaurant, pool area, and overall guest experience.
Engaging with our audience, responding to comments/messages, and fostering community engagement.
Running paid advertising campaigns and tracking performance metrics.
Collaborating with influencers, photographers, and videographers to create compelling content.
Monitoring trends in social media and hospitality marketing to keep Nordic Hotel Lagos ahead of the curve.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in social media management (hospitality or lifestyle industry preferred).
Strong content creation skills (graphics, short-form videos, and engaging captions).
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation tools.
Experience with Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social media analytics tools.
A keen eye for aesthetics and brand storytelling.
