The ideal candidate will create engaging content, interact with audiences, and implement digital marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
Monitor social media trends and adjust content accordingly.
Track analytics and report on social media performance.
Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to enhance online branding.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Content Engagement:
Achieve at least 3-5% engagement rate per post.
Increase post reach by 20% within six months.
Audience Growth:
Grow followers by at least 10-15% monthly.
Maintain an active response rate of 90%+ to comments and DMs.
Brand Awareness & Visibility:
Post at least four high-quality content pieces per week.
Collaborate with at least two influencers or brand partners quarterly.
Lead Generation & Conversion:
Generate at least 10% of business leads through social media efforts.
Convert 15% of inquiries into consultations or sales.
Requirements
OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in social media management.
Strong knowledge of social media trends and analytics tools.
Excellent communication and content creation skills.
