Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with CSi Grocery’s brand and goals.
Create, edit, and publish high-quality content (images, videos, reels, and captions) across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
Manage daily social media activities, including posting, responding to comments, and engaging with customers.
Run paid social media ad campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to boost visibility.
Monitor trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to improve performance.
Track key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare monthly reports.
Coordinate with the marketing and customer service teams to align promotions and campaigns.
Attend occasional product shoots and in-person content creation sessions.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.).
Experience running and optimizing social media ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
Strong understanding of Instagram & Facebook algorithms and engagement strategies.
Excellent communication skills and creativity in content creation.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Photography/videography skills are a plus.
