Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the resort’s overall marketing goals.
Conduct regular social media audits to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging social media platforms.
Create engaging and visually appealing content, including photos, videos, and written copy, that highlights the resort’s unique offerings, experiences, and ambiance.
Develop a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media channels.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and curate content that resonates with our target audience.
Actively engage with our followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Foster a strong online community by encouraging usergenerated content and running interactive campaigns.
Monitor brand reputation and address any negative feedback promptly and effectively.
Manage and optimize our social media profiles on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Schedule and publish content to maximize reach and engagement.
Analyze social media analytics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and bookings.
Track and measure the effectiveness of paid campaigns to optimize ROI.
Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to promote the resort and reach a wider audience.
Manage influencer partnerships, including contract negotiations, campaign execution, and reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for storytelling.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
