Job Summary:The individual will oversee social media campaigns, online content creation, monitoring and reporting of all social media activities. He/she would coordinate all social media efforts towards driving sales and improving brand presence.  Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with marketing, PR and advertising in creating social media strategies for the brand
Create relevant and engaging content for targeted audience and promote content development through social media campaigns.
Manage the organisation’s presence on social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed.
Provide a weekly summary of analytics of our social media platforms and regularly share insights and analytics gained from social media monitoring with the team.
Stay current with social media marketing trends and tools; drive website traffic and improve brand visibility
Ensure key messages are accurately and consistently expressed in relevant media
Develop and implement strategies for in-depth analysis, reporting and growth in online sales KPIs, customer retention and brand experience
Ensure timely and accurate deployment of new products and content management
Lead online promotional calendar with aggressive conversion-oriented approach

Desired Competencies & Experience:

To be selected for this role, you must be creative with a strategic mind and a desire to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
3-5 years relevant experience in leading social media campaigns.
B.Sc/HND degree in any relevant discipline
Knowledge of social media and analytics software (Hootsuite, Raven Tools, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)
Hands-on experience in online marketing, SEO, SEM & PPC
Have an In-depth knowledge with social media platforms such as:  Facebook, Twitter, 2go, Instagram, YouTube, blogging etc.
Working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns including Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter etc.
Strong understanding of user-generated content management, content marketing and reputation management
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Self-motivated and result driven
