The Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, managing all social platforms, and creating engaging content to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and promote community engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, tools, and strategies, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), ensuring consistent brand voice and content alignment across channels.
Develop, schedule, and publish original, high-quality content for social media channels.
Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity, ensuring the company stays ahead of the curve in social engagement.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with online communities.
Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights for improvement and optimization.
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, marketing, etc.) to create and implement social media strategies for promotions, product launches, and events.
Stay updated on industry trends and continuously propose new ways to improve social media strategies.
Assist with influencer outreach and partnerships to drive social media collaborations and brand promotions.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Social Media Executive, Social Media Manager, or similar role .
Solid understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
Proficient in social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to guide strategy.
Experience in creating and editing multimedia content (photos, videos, graphics) is a plus.
Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and content strategies.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Creativity and a passion for staying on top of social media trends and emerging technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar.
