Social Media/Digital Marketing Specialist Merchandiser (Sales) Sales Representative (Outlet Stand)

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and be passionate about driving business growth through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter).
Create high-quality, creative content (graphics, videos, and copy) that aligns with the brand voice.
Run paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads) to generate leads and boost conversions.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and foster brand loyalty.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to optimize content performance.
Collaborate with other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals.
To organize and manage websites to increase traffic for sales.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
2-3 years of proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
Experience in creating and managing paid ad campaigns.
Creative content creation skills (graphic design, video editing, and copywriting).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
