At OneBrick, we’re redefining real estate by making property ownership seamless, transparent, and customer-focused. Based in Ajah, Lagos, we’re looking for a Social Media and Content Creator to drive our brand’s online presence with engaging content and creative campaigns.
Your Role
Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Create engaging graphics, videos, reels, captions, and blogs that connect with our audience.
Plan and execute innovative social media campaigns.
Build relationships with followers, influencers, and partners.
Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies for better results.
Write high quality, engaging blog posts on real estate-related topics to attract and engage customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Admin, Operations etc.) to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns.
Plan and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely content publication.
Write compelling and persuasive copy for marketing materials, including listings, brochures, and email campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2+ year in social media management or content creation.
Skills: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools; excellent writing and communication skills.
Location: Must reside in or around Ajah, Lagos axis.
Bonus: Knowledge of real estate trends is an advantage.
