Details:
Ensure the shop is ready for operations.
Checking of order list and ensuring all is packed accordingly.
Cross checking the return/unsold items list submitted by sales persons.
Must be present in the shop at all times to ensure that premium service is offered to all customers.
Be the first point of contact with customers; take customer’s orders online and on site.
Ensure the sales people perform their roles at all times.
Coordinate between the shop and the production centres.
Monitor the stock level and make requisition as and when the need arises.
Ensure regular training are organised for the sales people (daily, weekly and when the need arises).
