Shop Manager

Responsibilities:
Ensure delivery of excellent customer care and service delivery  for a first time resolution
Managing existing client relationship
Cross selling and upselling of firm’s product(s)
Study of market movement.
Execute tactical plans to counter competition in the territory
Identify and resolve customers’ queries/complaints/issues effectively and efficiently
Escalating Customers queries/complaints/issues when necessary to appropriate unit
Compile daily reports on overall customer interactions and satisfaction
Capturing and updating customer records on the Customer Relationship System Software
Close out and open all transaction records through the use of a computer
Carry out Administrative functions
Carry out all assignments that are ancillary to the primary assignment
Qualification and Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree plus at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Adequate Proficiency in Computer Software Application such as Microsoft Office and Excel
Strong analytical skills whilst having a good standard of numeracy in order to analyze facts and figures.
Must be Presentable
Great communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong Interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks
Good Management of people and the business
A flare for negotiation and networking.
