Details:
Ensuring all customer orders are delivered on time and accurately by packing and inputting necessary data’s on time.
Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery times, and efficiency.
Resolve any arising problems or complaints arising from dispatch to payment delivery both in Lagos and outside Lagos.
Meet cost, productivity and accuracy and timeliness targets.
Ensure accurate record of orders procured and shipped for both Lagos and outside Lagos
Follow up with clients and courier to ensure that items that should be delivered are being delivered accurately to customers in and outside Lagos.
Ensure daily report of work done and progress made on a daily basis.
Updating courier partner balance book on failed and delivered items.
Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Human Resources Manager and head of Operations.
