Shift Manager

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role will already be an experienced shift manager with 3-5 years significant experience working in a foreign owned Quick Service Restaurant or retail based environment.
This individual would be responsible for performing all functions related to achieving successful shift operations within the organisation.
The individual will also mainly assist the General Manager with all aspects of daily operations within the business.
The key to success in this role will be the ability to; act independently and make sound professional decisions in challenging situations and to find it easy to formulate new methods of working to improve existing processes.
