As Service Project Manager, you will be responsible for Planning/ Coordinating activities typically in the context of a production or services project. Fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
As Service project manager, you will be responsible for:
Providing requirements across the functions to plan and monitor activities to support and execute effectively.
Working to own initiate to chase query and deal with multiple contacts within the business to ensure timely outcome.
Taking ownership of all Coordinator activities within Project execution to ensure our products and services meet business and customer requirements.
Translating contract into detailed project plans while guiding internal execution to meet project targets
Supporting site team to manage the installation schedule to ensure on-time delivery of project milestones, control risk and enhance project profitability
Identifying opportunities to expand the project to bring value to our customer and satisfy our profitability requirements
Sharing clarity of all required scope and deliverables.
Being compliant and aligned with competency, training, and capacity to meet business and customer requirements.
Supporting the team in monitoring KPI’s to analyse and measure performance to assist with improvements and action plans.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have proven experience in Project execution within Oil & Gas industry. Ideally within Manufacturing environment.
Have at least 3 years as a Service project manager within oil servicing industry.
Have experience using Ariba or similar system, an advantage
Show experience of collaboration and motivating teams within an operational and matrix environment.
Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills.
Demonstrate the ability to communicate professionally and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Have excellent written, reporting and presentation skills.
