Job Description
Should meet daily Job allocated targets.
All the calls allocated to be preplanned by talking to customer on phone and necessary parts to be arranged and taken to the site.
Should be capable to maintain all the tools and equipment’s given to him.
Should have knowledge on repairs of AC’s , Chest Freezer, Gas cookers and Washing machines.
Should have knowledge and skills on AC installations in splits and floor standing.
Should be quality minded individual.
Should be well mannered with customers and always carry the thinking “Customer is King”.
Should be disciplined and encourage colleagues to be follow discipline.
Should not be involved in activities which is against the company’s policies and procedures.
Should have worked in a company with similar background and in capacity of field service engineer.
Should have ability of problem solving.
Should have right attitude at work place and aptitude to learn.
Qualifications
O’ level (minimum), technical course certificate
Preferred candidates should have work experience from Fouani, Sims, Fareast Mercantile, Midcom & Dajcom
