Job Summary
As the Wealth Adviser, your primary responsibilities will involve cultivating and nurturing investor relationships, expanding Assets Under Management (AUM), and providing customized investment strategies while maintaining high standards of client service and adhering to regulatory requirements.

Forge and oversee strategic partnerships with high-net-worth and mass affluent investors to expand and maintain a robust client portfolio.
Develop and expand a personal asset under management (AUM) portfolio by acquiring new clients, leveraging referrals, and cultivating strategic professional relationships.
Deliver investment products alongside personalized financial recommendations, meticulously crafted to align with each client’s unique requirements.
Ensure complete adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and applicable regulatory standards at all times.
Ensure precise management of client records, pipeline activities, and investor communications through CRM tools.
Requirements
A four-year degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline is required.
Professional qualifications including CFA, CSI, CPM, or their equivalents are highly beneficial.
With a minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in wealth management, private banking, investment advisory, or financial services, you bring a strong foundation in financial solutions and client relationship management.
Proficient knowledge of Nigerian capital markets, fixed income instruments, and regulatory frameworks established by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is required.
Proven ability to communicate effectively, cultivate strong relationships, and drive business growth through strategic development initiatives.
