A young, dynamic, and entrepreneurially driven Technology and Infrastructure organization is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Development Manager to lead its newly established Infrastructure & Construction business streams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead new business development for products and services within the Infrastructure & Construction unit, covering Technology, Infrastructure, and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects.
Ensure the achievement of all business development and sales revenue targets as set by the Board.
Develop and implement a robust business development roadmap for the Infrastructure & Construction business stream.
Build and sustain a healthy pipeline of business leads within the Infrastructure and Construction sectors and convert these leads into profitable deals.
Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and potential acquisition opportunities.
Oversee the timely and high-quality preparation and submission of client Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other business proposals.
Maintain and strengthen client relationships by delivering commercially sound and strategic solutions.
Prepare and deliver high-quality senior management and board-level presentations, including managing all follow-up actions.
Key Skills & Competencies
Solid understanding of Infrastructure and Construction engineering-driven products and services.
Ability to apply practical engineering solutions to meet client challenges.
Strong capability to analyze and articulate client business requirements effectively.
Extensive techno-commercial exposure at senior levels, with a proven ability to prepare high-quality responses to complex RFPs under tight deadlines.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, up to boardroom level.
Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Demonstrated creativity, intelligence, and the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
Results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving and surpassing business development targets.
Ability to leverage business intelligence to achieve commercial objectives.
Sales-oriented with the capability to develop and introduce new products.
Proven track record of excelling as a high-performing, target-driven Technical Business Development professional.
Prior business development experience within the Infrastructure & Construction sector is essential.
Education & Qualifications
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline.
MBA or equivalent qualification in Business Management is preferred.
