Responsibilities
Develop and achieve sales volume and revenue targets as defined by regional sales goals.
Build strategies to maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy and our innovative solar solutions.
Conduct thorough home and site assessments to determine the suitability and optimal placement of solar systems.
Develop and present detailed, customized solar proposals and solutions to clients.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
Collaborate with the engineering and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calls, networking, prospecting, and sales options.
Coordinate with the OHS coordinator and investigate all reported incidents (near-misses and accidents).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 – 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years specifically in solar sales.
Candidate must reside in Abuja.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in sales of solar products, including inverters, UPS, and solar panels.
Strong understanding of solar technology, energy markets, and regulatory environments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficient in using ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety will be an added advantage.
