Senior Sales Executive (Painting)

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in the paint and coatings industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B/B2C sales, client relationship management, and a deep understanding of paint products, applications, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the paint and coatings sector.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, retailers, and distributors.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging trends in decorative, industrial, or automotive paints.

Client Relationship Management

Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide technical advice and recommendations on the best paint solutions based on customer needs.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with dealers, wholesalers, and corporate clients.

Sales Operations & Reporting

Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management team.
Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

Work closely with the sales team, product managers, and supply chain to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Train and mentor junior sales representatives on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in sales within the paint, coatings, or construction industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of paint products, application techniques, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to travel to client locations and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with premium, decorative, or industrial coatings.
Established network within the paint and construction sector.
