Senior Sales Executive

Package: ₦150,000 net monthly + commission

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in B2B sales management, with a strong background in recruitment, banking, insurance, or HMO industries. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for leading a team, driving revenue growth, and developing new business opportunities to contribute to the company’s expansion and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Drive revenue generation by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Implement sales strategies that align with company goals and maximize market penetration.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Manage key accounts and oversee negotiations and contract closures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and client feedback.
Proactively identify market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales management experience.
Experience in recruitment, banking, insurance, or HMO industries.
Proven team leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing sales teams.
Strong background in business development and revenue generation.
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market data and create effective sales strategies.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
