We seek a Senior Sales Development Associate to lead and mentor our sales development team, focusing on driving consistent generation of qualified leads, maintaining CRM precision, and enhancing conversion rates throughout the sales process.

Oversee and execute key operational tasks to ensure seamless daily functioning, including managing workflows, coordinating team efforts, and maintaining high productivity standards. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive organizational growth, enhance efficiency, and optimize processes. Your duties will encompass overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to established protocols, and maintaining seamless workflows within the team. Directly supervise and guide a team of Sales Development Associates (SDA’s), ensuring optimal performance and alignment with organizational objectives.

Conduct periodic meetings to evaluate performance, deliver constructive feedback, and support team members in enhancing their skills.

Observe signs of distress in others and develop tailored strategies to support their improvement.

Establish precise objectives and ensure the team understands their assigned responsibilities and performance expectations.

Develop and refine processes and scripts to enhance operational efficiency and automate tasks where feasible, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and industry best practices.

Develop and sustain the scripts utilized by SDA’s during interactions with prospects, encompassing both inbound and outbound engagements.

Revise and enhance the inbound qualification script to ensure it systematically verifies key details, clearly communicates the source of the prospect’s information, and accurately assesses their level of interest.

Develop and formalize the outbound sales development script while maintaining comprehensive documentation. Establish and record the complete SDA qualification process in a clear, step-by-step format accessible to all team members.

Training and Development: Designing, implementing, and evaluating programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Develop a comprehensive onboarding training program tailored specifically for new Software Development Analysts (SDA’s) joining the team.

Develop comprehensive training materials, design live test marking frameworks, and create recorded assessment tools.

Ensure new SDA’s are fully prepared to handle calls prior to their deployment. Offer continuous training whenever updates occur in scripts, products, or procedures.

Oversee the management and strategic distribution of leads to ensure optimal engagement and conversion opportunities.

Distribute incoming leads to SDRs for qualification purposes.

Oversee the allocation and distribution of partner-sourced lead lists, guaranteeing equitable and streamlined handling throughout the process.

Plan and oversee the team’s efforts to re-engage closed-lost leads and churned accounts, converting them into fresh business opportunities.

Design and implement dynamic dashboards, metrics, and reporting systems to track performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights, ensuring clarity and accuracy in visual representations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and align reporting frameworks with strategic objectives. Maintain and enhance existing reporting tools and methodologies to improve efficiency and scalability. Provide stakeholders with timely, relevant, and meaningful reports to facilitate transparency and accountability.

Develop and oversee dynamic dashboards to monitor and analyze team performance metrics consistently.

Track and analyze essential performance indicators, including lead generation, Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), Sales Accepted Leads (SALS), rejection rates, and conversion ratios such as Lead-to-SAL and SQL-to-SAL.

Analyze metrics segmented by geographic regions and specific SDA’s to identify emerging trends and potential issues.

Analyze data to pinpoint areas of success, inefficiency, and opportunities for enhancement, thereby guiding strategic improvement initiatives.

Developing strategic plans for outbound sales initiatives involves identifying target markets, analyzing customer needs, and establishing clear objectives to drive revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of sales methodologies, including prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management. Responsibilities include creating and executing outbound campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results. Collaboration with marketing and sales teams is essential to ensure alignment and maximize efficiency. Requirements

A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in any field is required.

Candidates are required to have successfully completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYC) program or possess a valid exemption letter.

A minimum of three years of professional experience in sales or sales development is required.

Proficiency in team leadership and management is essential, with a proven track record of overseeing and guiding group efforts effectively.

Exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal communication is essential.

Proficient in leveraging data, dashboards, and key performance indicators to drive informed decision-making and operational insights.

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite, including applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
