Job Description:
The Sales Representative is tasked with cultivating enduring customer relationships, maximizing product exposure, expanding market reach, and meeting sales objectives across a diverse range of channels, including Grocery, Convenience, On-Premise, Korea (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafés), E-commerce, and B2B sectors.
Oversee and execute primary duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance monitoring to ensure organizational objectives are met. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, compliance, and quality across all departments. Collaborate with senior leadership to align initiatives with long-term goals while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions as needed. Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate seamless communication, resolve conflicts, and promote cross-functional teamwork. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards while maintaining a focus on risk management and mitigation strategies.
Consistently meet or exceed established sales goals for each month, quarter, and year within the designated sales territory.
Duties include identifying and securing new customers and retail locations while ensuring seamless onboarding.
Develop and nurture robust partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and high-value account customers to drive mutual growth and ensure long-term collaboration.
Guarantee adherence to the organization’s merchandising and visibility guidelines at all times.
Prepare and deliver precise daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to ensure accurate data tracking and performance analysis.
Requires a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a comparable role, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Must possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to interpret complex information accurately. Demonstrated experience in project management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration is essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to convey insights effectively. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards is preferred. Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities is critical.
A Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline is required for this role.
Proven track record of 1 to 3 years in sales within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector is required.
Exceptional proficiency in negotiation techniques and the cultivation of lasting professional connections is required.
Proficient in both autonomous and collaborative work environments, with the ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision or as an integral member of a team.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships.
