Responsibility
Effective management of the business operations, insuring all compliance of
service policies, completing documentation of employees performance and attendance issues in accordance with company policy and practice.
Supervising employees on the proper instructions on food handling, cash handling and work safety rules.
Providing on going instruction and direction, supervision and mentoring to hourly staff. Monitor product quality and ensure high level of great service.
Monitor hourly and daily sales, product mix to insure all commissary orders are according to customer preference avoiding high % of wastages.
Supervising the opening, closing and balancing of any and all accounting practices, as necessary.
Experience/Qualification
Minimum of 5 years experience with sales, management, production, and customer service in a fast food outlet
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Pleasant disposition, sociable, accommodating nature, and enthusiasm
Selfmotivation, creativity, and adaptability
Basic computer, telephone, and fax knowledge
Must be at least 21 years of age
Willing to work in Africa
Able to be out of mother country for a full year
