Responsible for overseeing the procurement and selection of quality products at competitive prices while ensuring alignment with the company’s sales and profitability goals.
This role requires in-depth market analysis, strong vendor management, contract negotiation, and strategic purchasing decisions to drive business growth
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Retail Buyer or in a similar procurement role within the retail industry.
Female preferred
Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and vendor management abilities.
Deep knowledge of retail market trends, pricing strategies, and consumer behavior.
Experience working with international suppliers and global source strategies.
Familiarity with inventory management software and ERP systems.
