Senior Recruiter – Industrial / Manufacturing

Package: ₦170,000 net monthly + commission

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruiter to join our industrial and manufacturing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting within the industrial sector, with a focus on manufacturing and oil & gas industries. You will play a pivotal role in driving recruitment activities, managing client relationships, and contributing to business development initiatives within the sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions within the industrial, manufacturing, and oil & gas sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and satisfaction.
Proactively identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
Conduct market mapping and talent pooling to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates.
Drive revenue generation through meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and securing new clients.
Provide strategic recruitment solutions to clients, advising on best practices and market trends.
Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, placements, and client feedback.
Support the broader team in achieving overall company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial sector recruitment, particularly in manufacturing and oil & gas industries.
Strong business development skills and the ability to generate new opportunities.
A well-established network within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
Proven track record of successful placements and client relationship management.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering results.
