Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our healthcare recruitment team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and placing medical professionals and will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes while also contributing to business development efforts within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the recruitment process for healthcare positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing top talent.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and medical organizations.
Leverage an established network within the healthcare sector to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a smooth recruitment process and excellent candidate experience.
Proactively seek new business development opportunities within the healthcare industry to expand the client base.
Track and report on recruitment performance, including key metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.
Support clients in retaining and engaging placed candidates, ensuring a positive ongoing relationship.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment.
Strong network and connections within the healthcare sector.
Proven experience in recruiting medical professionals across various specialties.
Excellent candidate management skills and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
Strong business development capabilities with a results-driven approach.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value recruitment deals.
