Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment with objectives.
Act as the primary liaison with clients, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
Maintain high-quality standards, overseeing compliance with industry regulations.
Track project progress, generate reports, and ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of project management experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior or leadership role within an EPC, Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
