Senior Product Manager, Payments

Description

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager with a focus on Payments (payment gateway and cross-border payments) to lead the development, optimization, and scaling of our payment solutions.
This role requires strategic vision, technical expertise, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless payment experiences that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Drive product adoption by managing efforts from user sign-up to active usage, ensuring seamless experiences across all stages.
Lead the Product Team by overseeing deliverables, removing blockers, and providing guidance to ensure timely and successful completion of tasks.
Review and approve resources developed by the Product team, including documentation, designs, articles, and tickets.
Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements for sophisticated or customized solutions.
Analyze product metrics to evaluate performance against targets, informing team decisions and strategic actions.
Update and maintain the product roadmap, reprioritizing initiatives based on resource availability and project dependencies.
Lead engagement drive initiatives based on product usage analysis to inform next month’s positioning efforts.
Prepare detailed product requirement documents for complex payment product features or integrations.
Facilitate alignment with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), Engineering Leads, and operational teams (Legal, Compliance) as needed.
Coordinate project calls with internal and external development teams and third-party partners to track updates and resolve issues.
Organize monthly roadmap calls to discuss updates, progress, and new product development efforts with stakeholders.
Align priorities during project review sessions with Engineering leads to ensure resource and timeline feasibility.
Oversee SaaS billing processes monthly to ensure accurate revenue generation from customers.

Requirements

6–10 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 4 years in a senior or leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and launching products in a B2B fintech environment.
Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and working closely with engineering teams.
Strong business acumen with the ability to align product strategies to business goals.
Ability to collect, analyze, and act on user feedback to improve product offerings.
A passion for technology and customer-centric solutions.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder alignment and presentation.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address challenges effectively.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
