Key Responsibilities
Design & Drafting: Develop mechanical systems for Water Supply, Drainage, HVAC, and Sewage Treatment.
Project Supervision: Oversee MEP contractors, ensuring work aligns with approved designs and materials.
Site Inspections & Execution: Conduct on-site evaluations, verify compliance, and provide technical guidance.
Technical Documentation: Prepare tender documents, feasibility reports, and engineering specifications.
Testing & Commissioning: Supervise system testing before final project handover.
Issue Resolution: Analyze technical non-conformities, recommend solutions, and review variation claims.
Stakeholder Coordination: Report progress to General Manager, Project Manager, and Contractors.
Material & Quality Control: Inspect received materials, evaluate contractor performance.
Client & Business Development: Strengthen client relationships, represent the firm at conferences, and support business growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
6 – 10 years experience.
NSE & COREN certification required.
Experience in design consultancy & project supervision.
Strong problem-solving & project management skills.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance & material evaluation.
Potential to advance to Head of Mechanical Division.
