The incumbent will execute integrated commercial strategies for Specialized Nutrition within their designated geographic territory, aiming to strengthen brand equity and enhance endorsement among trade clients, medical professionals, and relevant institutions while simultaneously driving growth in market share for infant-related products.

Engage with and develop activities for the Medical Channel to enhance its reach and impact, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and audience needs.

Execute strategic outreach initiatives targeting healthcare practitioners and medical channels to secure commitments and foster advocacy, ultimately driving recommendations and the acquisition of new users.

Facilitate meetings and one-on-one interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to address either brand-specific initiatives or educational objectives related to nutrition.

Overseeing pivotal healthcare facility accounts, this role involves navigating intricate recommendation processes and fostering collaborative partnerships to deliver tailored solutions for high-value clients.

Gather and evaluate pertinent market data to monitor the effectiveness of medical operations and facilitate timely decision-making processes.

Salesforce administration and data governance encompass the optimization and oversight of Salesforce systems and the management of associated data. This role requires proficiency in maintaining Salesforce platforms, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security, as well as implementing processes to enhance system efficiency and user adoption. Responsibilities include configuring Salesforce features, troubleshooting technical issues, generating reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to align Salesforce capabilities with business objectives. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and expertise in data management best practices are essential, along with the ability to train and support end-users in leveraging Salesforce tools effectively.

Ensures accurate segmentation, profiling, and targeting of medical customers to enhance field operations’ productivity.

Responsibilities include gathering and recording readily available, pertinent information, as well as call interactions on the CRM platform to enhance operational efficiency and support future medical customer engagement efforts.

Gather, monitor, and present detailed information on territory performance, sales projections, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence using a CRM system, specifically in the context of medical operations.

Develop and execute comprehensive consumer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth.

Assist in establishing and monitoring benchmarks for brand-centric campaigns and educational initiatives to ensure their effectiveness and success.

Track and evaluate the effectiveness of community engagement initiatives and overall satisfaction levels regarding nutrition outreach programs.

Core accountability and support are provided in the execution of critical objectives for initiatives and projects assigned by the business.

Collaborate operationally with the CDSM team to ensure seamless alignment and integration of strategies, processes, and initiatives. Facilitate effective communication and coordination between departments to drive cohesive execution of shared objectives. Support the implementation of standardized workflows and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and consistency across the organization.

Convene instructional sessions to address knowledge deficiencies and coding gaps for the secondary sales force team, ensuring comprehensive understanding and practical application of SN principles.

Engage with owners and aisle attendants at hospital vicinity trade outlets to gather comprehensive insights regarding SN products, as well as competitive offerings, to develop, monitor, and document market intelligence reports. Follow up consistently and coordinate with the sales team to guarantee optimal product availability.

We are responsible for managing and facilitating the preparation and approval of hospital product order requests, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the process.
