To conceptualize & document the assigned HR Processes and support the deployment of the processes across the business and location of the organization .
Responsible for overall People strategy and HR processes. Be a strategic business partner and establish a performance driver culture through effective HR practices.
Requirements Candidate should have experience in handling HR issues with 8 to 15 years of experience and also have handled:
Recruitments
Performance Mgt System
Training & Development
Factory Law as per Nigeria
Labour Laws
Compensation & Benefits
Organizational development
Industrial Law.
