Job Description
Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
Financial Planning and Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, and provide financial guidance to support business planning.
Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making.
Cost Management: Analyze and manage costs to ensure effective cost control and optimization.
Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Audits and Financial Statements: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audits, and ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required by management
Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is highly desirable.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in management accounting, preferably in a similar industry.
Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Sage,and Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
