Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Sagad Farms in Kano.
The Senior HR Specialist will be responsible for HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel matters on a daily basis.
Qualifications
Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
Experience in developing HR policies
Knowledge of employee benefits administration
Personnel Management expertise
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
