Job Description
Senior Human Resources Officer under the direction of the Managing Director, provides administrative, strategic and technical or program support to Human Resources (HR) Team in functional areas, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, HRIS, and training.
Minimum Recruitment Standards
BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or its recognized equivalent with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
Or MS/MA degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or its recognized equivalent, and 3-5 years relevant experience.
Demonstrated success in multicultural environments is required.
Certified member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of related body is an advantage.
