Job Responsibilities
Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Performance Management: Manage the performance appraisal process, including setting objectives and conducting evaluations.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills.
Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary reviews and benefits enrollment.
Policy and Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
Proven experience as an Senior HRor in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and administrative processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software and MS Office.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with HR and administrative staff.
High attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Knowledge of HR best practices and trends.
