ROLE SUMMARY

As an Error Business Development Executive, your primary role will involve promoting the company’s pharmaceutical products and cultivating robust partnerships with healthcare professionals across your designated territory. You will contribute to Error’s sales and marketing goals by clearly articulating the advantages of our products, uncovering new business prospects, and accelerating both prescription and revenue growth—all while adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.

Oversee and execute core responsibilities essential to the role, including managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with organizational objectives while fostering collaboration across teams. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies to mitigate risks and uphold standards. Serve as a key liaison between departments, facilitating seamless communication and coordination. Provide leadership in project execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.

Develop and implement strategic, goal-focused call plans for the designated territory.

Consistently engage with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and essential stakeholders to advocate for Error products.

Craft engaging product presentations and apply customer-centric sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Maintain precise documentation of post-call interactions and leverage customer insights to enhance sales effectiveness.

Responsibilities include disseminating promotional materials and product samples while ensuring strict adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.

Leverage approved marketing tools and campaigns to enhance product visibility and drive market penetration.

Develop and sustain robust professional connections with healthcare professionals and influential decision-makers within the industry.

Proactively seek out and cultivate new business prospects while broadening market reach across the designated territory.

Collect market intelligence, track competitor actions, and deliver regular updates to management.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, coupled with at least three years of hands-on experience in software development. A solid background in programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are highly valued. Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions are required. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git is advantageous.

A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Anatomy, Physiology, or a closely related health science field is required.

With a robust track record spanning multiple years, you have demonstrated expertise within the pharmaceutical sector.
