Position Summary
Oversee the daily operations and compliance of all IVF laboratories, ensuring regulatory adherence, clinical excellence, and effective coordination with lab staff, nurses, and physicians.
Execute all technical aspects of embryology and andrology for IVF, while managing workflow, mentoring junior staff, and training embryologists to maintain the highest standards.
Report monthly to the Laboratory Director, collaborate with the Clinical Director, and lead the lab team to deliver safe, high- quality reproductive technology services.
