The Project Engineer (Electrical) will oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of electrical systems and engineering solutions for the organization. This role involves actively supporting project execution, enforcing adherence to engineering standards and safety regulations, and delivering specialized technical expertise across all engineering operations.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational objectives. Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with company policies and industry standards. Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth. Serve as the primary liaison between departments, stakeholders, and senior leadership to facilitate seamless communication and decision-making. Design, develop, and enhance facilities, components, equipment, products, and systems to meet the operational demands of industrial, commercial, and domestic environments while ensuring optimal functionality, efficiency, and reliability.
Execute engineering responsibilities by leveraging computer-assisted design and engineering software tools.
Work collaboratively with clients, engineers, and key stakeholders to develop engineering solutions and drive project success.
Develop comprehensive systems specifications, create precise technical drawings, and compile detailed engineering documentation.
Perform engineering calculations to determine construction, manufacturing, and installation standards.
Uphold adherence to established engineering standards, applicable codes, regulatory requirements, and client-specific safety protocols.
Oversee the planning and execution of installation, maintenance, manufacturing, construction, and testing operations to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Prepare comprehensive technical reports and aggregate pertinent data concerning engineering projects and studies.
Develop detailed specifications to facilitate the procurement of engineering materials and equipment.
Maintain and ensure the reliability of support equipment through proactive maintenance and efficient troubleshooting efforts.
Collaborate effectively with technicians, project teams, engineers, and quality assurance specialists to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to quality standards.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in engineering from a regionally accredited institution of higher education is required.
Minimum of five years of relevant engineering experience is required.
Possesses a comprehensive knowledge of engineering principles, design regulations, and established protocols and specifications.
Proficient understanding of international engineering codes and ANSI standards is required.
Engineering professionals should possess strong skills in widely used software applications, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and various simulation tools.
