Design, implement, and maintain distribution systems, motor control centers (MCCs), cabling infrastructure, lighting solutions, earthing systems, and lightning protection measures.
Perform comprehensive site inspections and detailed technical audits to verify full adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and all project requirements.
Evaluate ongoing project advancements and contribute specialized technical expertise to the certification of contractor payments.
Assess potential technical risks, identify any non-conformities, and evaluate quality concerns to ensure compliance and performance standards are met.
Compile assurance reports and provide strategic recommendations based on thorough analysis and findings.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Power Engineering, or a closely related field is required.
Professional registration with a recognized body like CORE, PE, or Cent (or an equivalent credential) is essential.
Professional candidates for the Associate Level role must possess a minimum of six years of pertinent experience, while Consultant Level applicants are required to have at least twelve years of relevant expertise in industrial, oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, fertilizer, power generation, transmission, or major infrastructure projects.
Proficient in the design, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems encompassing high, medium, and low voltage networks, as well as substations, switchgear, transformers, protection systems, and power distribution infrastructure.
Proficiency in IEC, IEEE, NFPA, and other relevant industry standards is required.
Consulting, Owner’s Engineer, EPC/EPCM, third-party inspection, project assurance, and technical audit experience are highly advantageous.
Seeking candidates with preferred certifications in project management, IT security, or relevant technical fields to enhance team expertise and project outcomes.
