Responsibilities
Create and present monthly reports on team performance with KPIs in executive meetings.
Develop and lead marketing strategies and present them to clients.
Set up, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Lead weekly status meetings with agency partners to ensure plans and KPIs are met.
Own campaign structure and setup to ensure accurate analytics and measurement.
Provide ideas to boost marketing performance and results.
Manage digital advertising across search, display, PPC, programmatic, retargeting, and social channels.
Continuously improve user experience across digital touchpoints.
Oversee social media channels, collaborating with Demand Generation and Product Marketing teams.
Partner with Marketing Ops to ensure technical stacks and vendors deliver results.
Work with the design and digital teams to create visually engaging content tailored to each digital platform.
Support account-based marketing (ABM) strategy and implementation to drive business objectives.
Analyze market trends and adopt best practices for digital marketing.
Build and maintain vendor relationships while staying updated on new media tactics.
Influence the lead flow, pipeline generation, and marketing automation to maximize campaign impact.
Requirements
Proven experience in PPC, paid social, and content marketing.
University degree in any discipline. A marketing related degree and masters will be a bonus.
Strong campaign management skills, ensuring accurate analytics and measurement tracking.
Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across multiple teams.
Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
B2B marketing experience, preferably in IT/SaaS industries.
Highly creative, capable of developing disruptive yet brand-aligned marketing campaigns.
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
Hands-on experience in executing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of SEO and web optimization techniques.
Ability to think creatively and work under tight deadlines.
Experience working with marketing tools like Asana, Jira, and Slack.
Ability to create presentations and strategy documents.
Expertise in at least one or two digital marketing areas, with broad knowledge of the entire DM landscape.
Strong team management skills, capable of setting solid processes to ensure accountability.
Ability to attract and manage new business opportunities.
