Job Details

Suitable candidate will be responsible for driving business development and undertake full spectrum of human resource consultancy assignments by leading from the front.

Responsibilities

Business Development: prospecting for new clients and converting them to actual incomes.
Relationship Management: fostering mutually beneficial business relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities/areas with them.
Getting bids from clients and executing them seamlessly in line with our service quality creeds.
Managing team performance and ensuring team members are adequately engaged.
Advising management on better ways of delivering consultancy services efficiently.
Performing other assignments as assigned by the Supervisor and/or Managing Partner.
